  • I am a Wellness Facilitator focused on helping individuals understand behavioral, emotional, and nervous system patterns that prevent sustainable change.

    My work centers on identifying the disconnect between how people are functioning externally and what is happening internally beneath the surface. Through structured guidance, nervous system regulation practices, behavioral insight and practical implementation, I help individuals move toward greater clarity, stability, and their authentic self.

  • My approach bridges neuroscience-nervous system practices, behavioral observation, and grounded implementation with restorative practices that have existed for generations.

    Sessions are designed to be practical, structured, and actionable- not passive inspiration. Clients received guided support, implementation tools, and follow up evaluation to ensure the work is not only understood, but consistently applied in daily life.

  • In addition to my private practice, I currently work at UnitedHealthcare, where I have spent more than a decade leading adult learning and facilitation programs across organizational levels- from onboarding professionals to physician candidates and leadership teams.

    My background in corporate facilitation, communication training, behavioral observation, and structured implementation deeply informs the work I bring to BeWellBean.

    The same principles that support sustainable learning and behavioral change inside high-performing organizations also apply to personal growth, emotional regulation, and long-term transformation.

  • My perspective is shaped by personal experience. As someone who has personally navigated complex trauma, addiction, recovery, and who lives with ADHD, I understand firsthand what it means to rebuild from survival mode into a grounded and intentional life.

    That experience is part of what drives this work. Not performative positivity or perfection- but the belief that meaningful change is possible through awareness, regulation, support and consistent practice.
